Hiii, it’s been a while and I’ve collected movies, music and a TV show I finally completed:
The Heart Part 5 (2022) by Kendrick Lamar
I’m always excited for new Kendrick music. He’s always making statements through great poetry, simple yet powerful visuals and music filled with emotion and energy. This is his first single in five years, I can’t wait to listen to a whole new album.

Metal Lords (2022) dir. Peter Sollett
I’m not gonna say this is “not like the other” high school movies but in some ways it isn’t. THIS MOVIE IS JUST GREAT. It’s super fun, full of music references, full of attitude and I love that we can see a new generation of high schoolers being more open to being themselves and to let loose, also who don’t let rock music die (even though it’s about metal).

WeCrashed (2014)
A love story between delusional millennial manifesting CEOs. This show was an interesting choice, I wanted to watch it with my partner just because I had just finished watching Succession and I liked the whole entrepreneur vibe. WeCrashed is a real life story so it’s something to watch that also leads to research and fact checking and at least to me, that’s fun. Anne Hathaway is amazinnng.

Radiate Like This (2022) Warpaint
I missed this women. Eventhough it’s been six years, this is not an outstanding album yet I just love whatever Warpaint does. I love their music and any song in this album is actually very good. Any time their voices harmonize I get chills, simple as that. I felt some Atoms for Peace, Radiohead-ish vibes in some songs like Altar and I love how they added more dreamy sounds to the background like in Send Nudes.

Rx (2022) ROLEMODEL
Yes, I just listened to this because it is (almost) all written for Emma Chamberlain. Ever since she left Youtube any sign of her is LIFE to almost every single one of her fans. ROLEMODEL is an okay artist, like I get why they get along and how cute they are, but I don’t really think he’s talented or doing anything that we haven’t heard. I wouldn’t listen to the whole thing again but who knows, maybe in less than a year every song will be on the radio or the top charts. I don’t think so, though.
