The Dreamers (2003) dir. Bernardo Bertolucci
This is one of my favorite movies. It had been a while since I last saw it and the feeling of wanting to be a guest in that parisian house is still the same. I feel like I’m missing a summer (or vacation) of doing nothing at all but watch movies, read, listen to music, talk, talk, talk and question things. I’ll be planning on it.
Rating: to me this is a 10/10.

Antony Bourdain: Parts Unknown(2013-2018)
I found a playlist on Youtube that had every episode of the Parts Unknown series where Anthony Bourdain goes around the world showing uncommon destinations or very specific facts and activities about very known places. I miss him so much. He inspires me so much. This is what I watch while I have dinner at home by myself. My favorite episodes have been the Vietnam one and the Korea one, Punjab India was also fun, I love how he experiments with his narration and video editing.
Rating: not every episode is a 10/10 but everything by him is worth watching.

Arráncame la vida (2008) Dir. Roberto Sneider
This has become one of my favorite romance and Mexican movies. It follows the life of Catalina as she marries young to a politician that got more and more power overtime. I love how the main character is a very free woman who couldn’t be so independent because of her ties and loyalty to her husband, but you see some relationship traits that are quite interesting, you see different types of chemistry between her lovers, you see companionship and passion. I love every single second of this movie.
Rating: 10/10 it definitely entered my favorite movies list.

The OC (2003) created by Josh Schwartz
I didn’t expect to like this show so much. It is a very healthy drama that feels very much written by a sane adult. I thought it was supposed to be a teenage drama but there are so many things that happen around a very nice Newport Beach family. I really enjoy watching the lifestyle it portrays; it’s a bit similar to watching Laguna Beach, the beach/pier life near LA.
Rating: 9.5/10
